There are many things we can do to support our emotional, mental and physical health. These don't have to be lavish or time consuming. Small and frequent little actions of self care on a regular basis, can help us cope better with the little daily stresses of life as well as the things which really challenge us to the core of our being. Making small changes can have a cumulative effect in our overall wellbeing.

 

Below are some ideas which you can explore to see what if any appeals to you. Even if none of these ideas appeal to you, they may inspire you or remind of of other ways that have nurtured yourself over the years but have neglected to do so recently. This is not an exhaustive list by any means, but meant to stimulate ideas you can incorporate into your own life.
