We are built through and for relationship with others, and it is for this reason I like to work with both individuals and couples to understand and resolve any difficulties they might be experiencing in their relationships. 

From our earliest beginnings we depend on others for our well-being and survival. The quality of our closest relationships is often what gives life its primary meaning. Absence of emotionally nurturing and supportive relationships impacts negatively on our mental health and emotional well being. 

By understanding and working through the emotional residues imprinted on our nervous systems since childhood, we can begin to free ourselves to relate to others in ways which are more emotionally meaningful and rewarding. By exploring and understanding our patterns of relating, we begin to have choices in how we want to relate in the future. Making small changes can significantly impact on the quality of our relationships.
