I work as a psychotherapist and counsellor with clients who seek help for a wide range of difficulties including childhood and adult trauma, work or relationship problems, eating problems, low self-esteem, feelings of isolation, dissatisfaction with ones life, life threatening experiences or trauma, major loss or loss of meaning, problems with coping, anxiety, anger or distress, and life or existential crisis.
I currently see both individuals and couples for psychotherapy and counselling in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Clontarf, Co. Dublin and Drogheda, Co. Louth. My rates depend on the location of my practice, and whether it is couples counselling you are seeking or individual counselling. I offer reduced rates for students and people on a low income. Please enquire further if you want to know about my fees.
For an appointment or an initial consultation contact me. If I believe you are to be better served by a different service or practioner, I will tell you so and will explore these options with you.
